Dispatch of product and contract withdrawal from bank account
After the receipt of the bill of lading to the shipping (Railway bill, Autoway (CMR, TIR), airway bill) you have to pass to transport company originals or copies of shipping documents for the carriage of goods to the specified point of delivery:
Railway transportation: Senior commodity cashier of railway station
Vehicles: vehicle driver
By air: Dispatcher Department of transportation.
After confirmation of the successful acceptance of the goods and the completion of all contractual shipment volume, the Act on completion of the contract is drawn up.
Completed contract is subject to deregistration from an authorized bank. To do this, you must provide the following documents to the bank:
- Application for deregistration
- Original contract
- Copy of the certificate of completion
- Copies of CCD
The authorized bank shall stamp “withdrawn from the account” on each leaf of the original contract and returns it to you.
