Registration of contract in bank account
Registration of export contracts in authorized banks requires 8 working days.
In accordance with the legislation, export contracts subject to registration in the bank, where opened the foreign currency account of the exporter company.
To register the export contract you need to submit the following documents:
- the original contract;
- copy of the contract;
- legal opinion.
Bank on each sheet of the contract puts its signature and the stamp of and assigns an identification number to the contract.
The document with identification number issued in two copies, the first copy of which is issued to the exporter.
Details of the contract are entered into the Unified electronic information system of foreign trade operations (the base), and the original contract (the exception is the contracts involving the export of works or services) is returned to the exporter for the subsequent registration with the customs authorities.
Any subsequent changes to the terms of the contract are made by drawing up additional agreements.
All additional agreements should be accounted for in the establishment of the bank, in which the initial contracts are registered.
To register an additional agreement to the export contract the following documents should be submitted:
- the original of the supplementary agreement;
- a copy of the supplementary agreement;
- legal opinion.
Registration of the contract or supplementary agreements in authorized banks carried out on a paid basis, depending on the established tariffs of the bank!
