Certification of exported product
The buyer should receive an original version of certificates (Покупателю Вы должны направить оригиналы этих сертификатов)
For customs clearance of goods and customs clearance for a foreign buyer, you should obtain the following certificates:
Certificate of Origin (Form ST-1 or Form A). The certificate is issued by JSC “Uzbekekspertiza” on the whole consignment contract or on consignment in accordance with the invoice. To obtain a certificate you should give an application, and provide a payment the certificate will be issued whithin 1 working day.
Certificates for the products:
To obtain a certificate you should give an application, and provide a payment and the sample of product (1-2kg), the certificate for a consignment of goods will be issued if the product fall under certification within 3 working days. The certificate issued in the State Sanitary Epidemiological Surveillance (SES) bodies.
Certificate of conformity. In order to create favorable conditions for manufacturers Certification of products produced for export, carried out on a voluntary basis (PCM №122 from 28.04.2011). National certification body of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the Uzbek Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (“Uzstandard” agency).
Phytosanitary certificate. To obtain a certificate you should give an application, provide a payment and the sample of product (1-2kg), the certificate will be issued within 3 working days. It is provided by local control of the State Inspection for Plant Quarantine “Uzglavgoskarantin”. Further transport is carried out inspection, then the act of inspection is drawn up by inspector of plant quarantine. It is mandatory to take place fumigated disinfection inside the vehicle, what constitutes an act of the decontamination.
Veterinary certificate. For registration of veterinary documents for the purpose of export of product that under the supervisory of state veterinary service contact with the application to the territorial veterinary service, from where the product is exported. After the payment at a tariff rate established by government the state veterinarian shall issue a certificate.
Buyer must submit the originals of these certificates!
